Please send the email from the same address attached to your Ucute account and include your Ucute username to verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days with JSON files containing all your information.
5. Changing or Deleting Your Personal Information
You may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided in your registration or account profile by changing your account settings. You may disable your Ucute account in your account settings by clicking on the Disable Account link. Disabling your account removes any Personal Information attached with your account and anonymizes your statistical data.
6. Security
Ucute is very concerned with safeguarding your information. We employ reasonable measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.
7. Our Policy Toward Children
This Sites is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@Ucuteapp.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
8. Issue Resolution

Ucute has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU.
The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Ucute’s compliance with the Privacy Shield. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
